Strapping Products:

We manufacture a range of polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate products, known for their lightweight yet robust characteristics, making them ideal for various packaging applications. PP & PET straps are designed & engineered with a proprietary process to minimize splitting, ensuring superior tension retention while retaining the ability to mold to the contours of even oddly shaped or irregularly shaped packages. Our Straps are sustainable and are 100% recyclable, and can be heat-sealed and printed. These straps are fully auto-grade and can also be used for hand-held applications.

Wrapping Products:

Fabrics:

Stretch Films:

We have developed our stretch films with more than standard stretch and cling properties in the market, MVS ACMEI guarantees quality and protection along with waterproofing of packaging with our stretch film. VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) stretch film provides corrosion protection to ferrous and non-ferrous products by providing a molecular layer of corrosion protection on the surface of metals. The Film is stretched during application and has a natural inbuilt cling to seal to itself and strength. We manufacture and supply both, manual and machine-grade stretch films.

Bubble Wraps:

The protective bubble wrap is manufactured from polypropylene and has a 2-3 layer structure with one or both surfaces having a plain sheet and a layer of thermoformed bubbles in the middle that is welded on the plain sheets. The two-layer bubble guard sheet is specially designed for top sheet and inner diameter applications and the three-layer bubble guard sheet is developed for side disc applications.

Corner Protectors:

We’ve developed corner protectors from multi-purpose Propylene/ PolyEthylene with high impact resistance. Our paper protectors are produced from 100% recycled paper, following sustainable efforts like water-based adhesive, and biodegradable & water-resistant coatings. Essential for safeguarding products during transit, MVS ACMEI corner protectors are composed of high-quality materials that absorb impact and prevent damage. We also offer outer edge protectors, coil protectors in paper boards, HR/CR steel, and galvanized steel.
